Summer Breeze Salon is looking for a talented, dependable, and client-focused Hair Stylist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a stylist who wants a professional, welcoming workplace where they can build lasting client relationships and grow their career.
We welcome experienced stylists with an existing clientele, as well as motivated stylists who are ready to build their book with support from an established salon.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, styling, color, highlights, treatments, and other hair services
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services and products
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional client experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow Pennsylvania State Board sanitation and safety requirements
- Recommend home-care products that support clients’ results
- Assist with client retention, rebooking, and growing your clientele
- Work collaboratively with other salon team members
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
- Strong technical and customer-service skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable consulting with clients and recommending services
- Willingness to continue learning and growing
- Existing clientele is appreciated but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
