The Case Coordinator provides administrative and program support for medical readiness operations and assists Case Managers with documentation, scheduling, tracking, and reporting functions.

Participation in SRP and Medical Readiness Events as assigned

Assist with case intake and processing.

Maintain case files and supporting documentation.

Track Soldier medical readiness requirements.
-
Prepare reports and spreadsheets.
-
Coordinate communications with Soldiers and military units.
-
Schedule appointments and follow-up actions.
-
Support Medical Readiness Events and SRPs.
-
Upload and maintain records within Government systems.
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
