Ardent Staffing is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist in Hudson, MA
- This is a temp to permanent position - $19
- Normal hours are M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Overtime available.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Forklift and Order Picker operation (high-bay warehouse)
- Pick, pack, verify, and ship customer orders.
- Prepare necessary documentation that supports the fulfillment and
shipment tasks.
- Willing to support the business in different areas based on daily demand:
- Willing to learn and adjust easily with changing priorities. (Multiple paths for advancement.)
- Support with Quality Control checks/verifications.
- Assist in assuring a safe working environment.
- Adhere to standard operating procedure and department operating procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be detail-oriented for quality purposes – batch numbers, part numbers, product locations.
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Be able to meet all regular hours and overtime hours as needed.
- Be able to take direction well.
- Motivated to work.
