Case Central works with Financial Services Professionals to offer comprehensive financial analysis, retirement planning reports, and product illustrations.
What You’ll Do
- Integrate technical expertise with business strategy to support effective case development
- Apply a sales-oriented mindset to clearly communicate and promote the value of Case Central solutions
- Provide case design and redesign recommendations aligned with the progression of client engagements
- Serve as a trusted resource for Financial Services Professionals on Case Central software, product offerings, and core financial planning concepts
- Meet defined performance metrics by maintaining targeted workload distribution across report types
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure all Gradient employees understand the Case Central business model and how it supports Financial Service Professionals and internal stakeholders
- Promote and implement technology enhancements
What you Bring
- Series 65 or 7/66 licenses preferred
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation required
- Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to influence and educate
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Deep expertise in annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory solutions
- Proven ability to assess performance and implement improvements
- Experience in training, coaching, and facilitating learning
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
