About Us
Open Door Talk is an innovative mental health practice dedicated to making meaningful, lasting change. In addition to individual and family therapy, we offer year-round DBT skills groups for all age groups.
Our clinicians are supported by:
- An Executive Assistant who manages scheduling and billing
- A Social Media Intern who helps expand our reach and impact
- Ongoing collaboration with community programs and events
We believe in going beyond the therapy room to truly meet people where they are.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
- Empower clients and families through education and practical tools
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Georgia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and rapport-building skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
Position Details
- W-2 position
- $50 per billable hour
- Full-time
- Flexible scheduling – choose your own hours
- In-person role based in Woodstock, GA (relocation required if not local)
