Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, and collaborating with other members of the team. You will also have the opportunity to supervise RBTs and work closely with children with autism. With our family-centered approach, you will have the chance to understand the priorities of each child's family and develop plans that cater to their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments
Provide training to parents and staff
Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
Maintain records and documentation
Attend professional development activities
Supervise RBTs
The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
