Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Lawncare Workers to join our dynamic landscaping team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. Duties
- Mow lawns using push mowers, riding mowers, or other power tools to achieve a clean, even cut.
- Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to enhance landscape aesthetics and health.
- Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and blowers for planting, edging, and debris removal.
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting flowers, mulching beds, and installing hardscape features like pathways or retaining walls.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance on power tools and machinery.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools.
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care and tree trimming techniques.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety procedures.
