Client First Real Estate Advisors is a Phoenix metro team with $300M+ in closed sales volume and 1,000+ deals closed. We're hiring multiple full-time agents across Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and the greater Phoenix metro.
This is a production role — but we're not a lead mill. Our goal is to teach you how to build a real business of your own: repeat clients, referrals, and a reputation that brings people back to you.

What you'll do:
- Run buyer consultations, listing presentations, showings, and open houses
- Negotiate offers and guide clients from first call to keys in hand
- Build your pipeline in our CRM and follow the team's proven process
- Learn and apply the pricing and negotiation playbook behind $300M+ in closed volume
What we're looking for:
- Active Arizona real estate license
- Full-time commitment — about 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when clients need you
- Closed transactions under your belt, or the drive and coachability to ramp fast
- Professional communication and genuine care for clients — we're called Client First for a reason
Pay: $150,000 to $250,000 per year, based on your production.
