1-3 years of experience in the landscape or service industry

2 or 4-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a service industry

Able to train, mentor and develop employees on your team

Must be able to travel

Able to cultivate rapport and lead a team to execute goals

Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Manage service delivery to specified scope of work

Supervise Production Manager in conducting field operations

Communicate efficiently with Branch Team to ensure Branch goals met

Proactively present site enhancement work to customers

Assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns
