- Full-time, Part-time positions available at Jay Homes Inc., is currently looking for experienced direct care staff. The nature of the job requires Direct Support Staff to provide direct care services to high risk, developmentally disabled adults in a state licensed residential facility. This includes, but not limited to, assisting and training with client’s medication, dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal hygiene needs; maintaining house rules for the protection of clients; supervision of client schedules and activities; providing support and behavioral training services; and documenting client behavioral activity consistent with the requirements outlined in the ISP/IPP and Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Prefer the candidate to already have their DSP Year 1 Certification; A criminal background check, work physical exam and TB test (less than 1 year). Jay Homes, Inc., is an equal opportunity employer.
