Cornerstone – Program Manager of Youth Services

As the largest outpatient behavioral health agency in Montgomery County, we offer years of evidence based treatment experience to our consumers and practical training to our staff. Our robust training program allows staff members to develop and grow in the position and provides the basis for upward mobility within the agency.
Our Youth Services include IHIP, EIHSP, YIHS, and PRP for Minors. These programs all provide intensive in-home services to children, adolescents, and their families to increase age appropriate skills and resiliency. The Program Manager for Youth Services is responsible for the day-to-day supervisory oversight and overall coordination of all of these programs in Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s Counties, as well as providing weekly clinical and administrative supervision and support to applicable staff. Must be willing to be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Program Manager Youth Services
- Provide strategic oversight of recruitment, interviewing, hiring, supervision, and disciplinary processes within all of our Youth Services programming in Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s counties, in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
- Plan and coordinate the schedule and work load of the RCs, and monitor the quality and quantity of work, while also monitoring the quality and quantity of the IHIP Supervisor’s work.
- Ensures that the fidelity scale criteria are known and that all staff are providing services with this criteria in mind.
- Schedules, coordinates and reviews the development and implementation of the Treatment Plans for individuals receiving services; assures that the Treatment Plans are developed with and for each consumer as mandated by state regulations and at least annually thereafter; reviews and updates each Treatment Plan in a timely manner and in accordance with the program policies and procedures.
Qualifications of the Program Manager Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
- Licensure in Social Work, Psychology or a related field is required (LMSW, LCSW, LGPC, LCPC)
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, satisfactory driving record, and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Knowledge of basic computer functions (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and ability to learn software systems and/or websites (Paycom, EHR, Relias, etc.)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
