Restoration Supervisor / Foreman – $24–$35/hr | Lead a Team | Growth Opportunity
Are you an experienced restoration or construction professional ready to step into a leadership role? At Distinctive Restoration, we are seeking a hands-on Restoration Supervisor / Foreman to lead and motivate a small team in the field. We’re looking for a Working Production Supervisor / Foreman who can lead from the front, motivate their crew, and hold the team accountable to our high standards. This is a hands-on role—you’ll manage the daily operations of your crew while also working alongside them in the field.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Manage a team of 3-5 technicians, setting the tone for performance and accountability.
- Work Hands-On in the field alongside your team, leading by example.
- Train, Motivate, and Coach your crew to meet and exceed company standards.
- Ensure Job Quality – oversee water/fire mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish.
- Customer Service – communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site.
- On-Call Rotation – must be available for nights/weekends as part of the on-call schedule.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven Leadership Skills – ability to motivate, coach, and hold people accountable.
✔ Restoration Experience Preferred – water/fire mitigation, demolition, drying, or construction background. *Experience is almost a requirement unless you have a very impressive ability to demonstrate leading others
