Job Summary
Kel’s Kiddie Events is seeking dependable, hardworking team members to set up and break down our outdoor inflatable park. Crew members are responsible for safely unloading, installing, securing, inspecting, cleaning, and packing inflatables and event equipment. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload inflatables, generators, tables, tents, and other event equipment.
- Set up and securely anchor inflatables according to company safety standards.
- Inspect equipment before and after each event.
- Operate blowers and generators safely.
- Clean and sanitize inflatables and equipment.
- Break down, fold, and properly store equipment after events.
- Assist with transporting equipment to and from event locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as a team to complete setup and breakdown efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to lift 75–100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to reporting location.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with event setup or inflatables is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
