Duties
- Coordinate installation schedules by liaising with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Manage customer inquiries, providing clear communication regarding project timelines, updates, and post-installation support
- Work with UE production on setting up shipments.
- Negotiate install cost with vendors, send work orders, and follow up on open installations.
- Ensure all documentation of installation or work performed is obtained.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, installation schedules, and project documentation for transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or account management within a customer service or manaufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP platforms for managing customer data and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data trends and support strategic decision-making
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management best practices
- Prior experience in customer service roles with a focus on technical or installation-related support is highly desirable
