Admissions/Front Line Team Leader
2026 Summer Seasonal Position

Pay Rate: $17.06/hour
- Provides daily management of aquatic facility ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of safety.
- Supervises the work of admissions personnel and ensures that professional, courteous customer service is provided to patrons at all times.
- Receives, receipts and accounts for various fee payments; prepares related records and reports; follows up on collections of outstanding payments. Ensures the safekeeping of all monies and safe delivery to bank.
- Supervises all aspects of cash handling, maintenance of petty cash, coordinating lockers, pick-up materials, etc.
- Opens, closes and secures facilities at appropriate times.
- Assists and coordinates the use of the facility for private events (parties & exclusives).
- Inspects facility to ensure security and safety. Assists with cleaning.
- Orders and maintains inventory of necessary equipment, materials and supplies.
- Receives and responds to inquiries, concerns, complaints and requests for assistance.
*** Position requires day, night, weekend, & holiday work throughout the summer season ***
Qualifications:
- Requires two years relevant experience. Previous managerial/supervisory, cash handling, scheduling, and front-line customer service beneficial and greatly preferred.
- Requires HS diploma (or equivalent), valid state driver’s license, & Microsoft Office proficiency.
