Position Overview:
We're a hospitality group known for elevated dining experiences, and we're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead one of our fine dining operations. This is a role for an experienced leader who knows how to run a high-standard restaurant profitably while building a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. What You'll Lead:
- Own the day-to-day performance of the operation, from guest experience to the bottom line
- Set the financial plan — build budgets and capital plans, track performance against them, spot variances early, and course-correct before they become problems
- Manage labor strategically, using forecasting and scheduling tools to staff efficiently and protect margins
- Partner with vendors on pricing, contracts, and supplier selection; keep an eye on usage and cost trends and act when the numbers drift
- Keep the kitchen and floor running on well-maintained, properly operated equipment
- Uphold a safe, compliant, and spotless environment through consistent sanitation and food-quality standards
- Lead department head and one-on-one meetings that keep the team aligned on goals and clear on direction
- Safeguard confidential business information and company assets
- Take on additional priorities as the business requires

Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years leading a restaurant as a General Manager
- ServSafe and Food Handlers certifications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
