What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills—often through games, play-based learning, and personalized support. You’ll follow a plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track progress, and bring your creativity to every session.

A Day in the Life of a BT Includes:
- Working 1:1 with a child at one of our centers, or in their home, school, or community
- Teaching new skills through play and natural interactions
- Following behavior plans with positivity and consistency
- Tracking data and sharing feedback with your team
- Laughing, moving, and connecting in ways that matter
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Enjoys being active and playful with kids
- Is dependable, organized, and a great communicator
- Can follow directions and stay calm under pressure
- Is open to learning and eager to grow
- Has experience with children (experience with children or adults with autism is preferred but not required)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
