Haywood Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to join our growing team in Hendersonville, NC.
We are a locally owned, two-doctor small animal practice dedicated to providing exceptional medical care while building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. Our team places a strong emphasis on client communication, education, and compassionate service. We believe that helping pet owners understand their pets' health is just as important as the medicine we provide.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Send reminders and appointment confirmations
- Respond to emails and online inquiries
- Assist with maintaining hospital communication platforms
- Educate clients regarding preventive care, medications, and hospital policies
- Provide compassionate support to families during difficult appointments, including euthanasia visits
- Help resolve client concerns professionally and empathetically
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
