What You’ll Do
As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the client experience—supporting families and ensuring exceptional care delivery from day one.
- Conduct in-home consultations and guide families through care options
- Lead new client onboarding and ensure smooth starts to service
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Perform quality assurance visits and ensure care excellence
- Partner with internal teams to ensure the right caregiver match every time
- Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and follow up consistently
- Resolve concerns quickly while delivering a top-tier client experience
- Help drive company growth through a consultative, relationship-based approach

What You Bring
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, senior care, or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
What Success Looks Like
- High client satisfaction (you build trust and loyalty)
- Strong conversion from consultations to new clients
- Consistent completion of quality assurance visits
- Positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
