Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager with precision machining background to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems that align with ISO 9001 guidelines. This role requires strong project management skills and a thorough understanding of quality control methodologies to enhance product reliability and safety.
Duties
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate products that meet quality specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols, including QA/QC measures.
- Train and mentor staff on quality management practices, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analyze data from quality control tests and prepare reports on findings, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
- Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control management within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with quality audits, quality systems, and assurance practices is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information across various levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
