Responsibilities
- Install stair railings, balustrades, and related components according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials on-site
- Inspect completed work for safety compliance and quality assurance before project handoff
- Assist with other carpentry or construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or finishing as neededExperience
- Prior experience in construction site work, carpentry, or remodeling projects preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and working at heights
- Skills in various trades such as masonry, roofing, flooring installation, or tile laying are a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
