<Duties>
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- May use specialized equipment such as lifts or wheelchairs, etc.
- Facilitate safe transfers and mobility
- Maintain privacy
- Supportive memory care and movement techniques and meaningful engagement activities
- Perform housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and social engagement, rom and enhance overall well-being
- Help get ready for medical appointments and help to be on time
<Skills>
- Experience as personal caregiver helpful
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely with and without using equipment like Hoyer lifts; physically capable of assisting with transfers and mobility support
- Excellent communication skills and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality
- Experience in meal preparation aligned with dietary restrictions; adept at cleaning and maintaining a hygienic environment
- Knowledge of understanding and implementation of care tailored to individual needs helpful
- Compassionate demeanor combined with patience, adaptability, and strong observational skills
