Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and proofreading skills and be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping duties with a focus on accurately entering vendor invoices.
- Review weekly expenses for completeness and consistency and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for accounting functions.
- Update internal forms daily for billing purposes, working with other team members as needed.
- Proofread and verify the accuracy of financial documents and records as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial records.
- Support other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a small business environment.
- Prioritizing daily work and able to pivot when new or additional priorities arise.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Complete waivers, COI’s and W-9’s and Vendor applications as needed.
- Connecteam or similar time tracking software a plus.
- AI experience a plus.
- Field incoming calls as part of the team.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
