We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces and materials.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Assist in floor care maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices within hotel or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of custodial duties and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
