Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately through hospitality reservation systems
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Address guest concerns or issues with proactive problem-solving, escalating emergencies or complex situations following hotel emergency procedures
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, bookings, and billing using property management systems (PMS)
- Support night audit operations by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and customer service throughout every interaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage in serving our diverse guest base
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems, resort environments, or night audit processes is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and hospitality excellence
