Guest Services assist guests with adding funds to their festival wristbands, resolving RFID payment issues, and supporting general guest needs—including lost and found and age verification for 21+ wristbands. This role helps ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

Help guests load funds onto their wristbands

Troubleshoot payment and balance issues

Provide friendly, efficient customer service

Manage lost and found items, including intake and return to guests

Check IDs and issue 21+ wristbands, including spotting fake IDs
-
Collaborate with security to resolve ID or other guestrelated issues

Assist with general guest questions as needed

Strong customer service skills
