Night Shift Bar Manager
Packy’s Sports Pub & Grill – Lighthouse Point, FL
Packy’s Sports Pub & Grill is looking for a strong, dependable Night Shift Bar Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on management position in a high-volume sports bar environment. We are looking for someone who can lead staff, handle pressure, maintain control of the room, and keep operations running smoothly from start to close.
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Part-time
Hours: 2–3 nights per week, 6PM–Close
Responsibilities:
- Managing nightly bar operations
- Supervising servers, bartenders, and bar backs
- Handling food expo and kitchen communication
- Managing customer issues and maintaining order in the establishment
- Monitoring guest behavior and assisting with security/bouncer responsibilities when necessary
- Handling shift changeouts, cash handling, and POS issues
- Ensuring staff professionalism and accountability
- Supporting overall operations and stepping in wherever needed during busy shifts
Requirements:
- Previous bar or nightclub management experience REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to handle high-pressure situations
- Experience working in fast-paced nightlife or sports bar environments preferred
- Must be comfortable enforcing rules and maintaining control of the establishment
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to work late nights/weekends
