NOW HIRING: Shift Leader at Our Fun, Family-Owned Bakery
Are you passionate about baked goods, coffee, and creating a great vibe at work? Our highly rated, family-operated bakery is looking for a motivated Shift Leader (part-time or full-time) to join our awesome crew!
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who already has a little food service or retail leadership experience and is ready to take it to the next level. You’ll be leading a team, helping customers, and making every shift run smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and motivating your teammates during your shift
- Helping guests choose desserts, prep coffee drinks & take special orders
- Opening/closing the shop, handling cash drawers & bank deposits
- Keeping the space clean, organized, and welcoming
- Training and supporting new team members
- Handling customer questions and keeping the good vibes going
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or retail (this is a must)
- Someone who’s a natural leader, self-starter, and keeps things moving on time
- Positive energy, problem-solving skills, and a love for teamwork
- Comfortable standing for long periods and jumping into different roles as needed
- High school diploma is a plus, but not required
