Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead key Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Databricks/Fraud projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing data and MarTech initiatives and be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects involving CDP, data, MarTech, and fraud initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data, engineering, technology, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans and actionable tasks.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve blockers.
- Support successful delivery of data and customer technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably at a Senior level.
- Experience managing MarTech, data, analytics, or customer technology projects.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or similar customer-data initiatives.
- Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience with fraud, risk, analytics, or data-driven initiatives is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
