What you'll be doing:
- Handle family law matters from inception through resolution
- Manage discovery, motions, negotiations and court appearances
- Advise clients on divorce, custody, support and related domestic relations matters
- Develop case strategy and prepare matters for hearings and trial
What you'll have:
- 2 to 6 years of family law or domestic relations experience
- Experience managing your own caseload and appearing in court
- Strong writing, advocacy and client management skills
- Admitted to The California Bar
