P&CP partners with independent State Farm Agents throughout Wichita County who are actively seeking exceptional talent to join their teams.
This position requires a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license. Candidates who are not currently licensed are encouraged to apply but must obtain their license before being placed with a hiring Agent. Qualified candidates may be eligible for licensing support through the P&CP licensing program.
Job Description
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them protect what matters most. You'll provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on insurance solutions, and contribute to the continued growth and success of a local State Farm Agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their insurance needs.
- Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues when appropriate.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive service to clients and team members.
Qualifications

- 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
- Final compensation is determined by the hiring State Farm Agent and is based on experience, licensing, skills, and overall qualifications.

Each State Farm Agent is an independent contractor and is solely responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, compensation, benefits, scheduling, and day-to-day management. This position is employed by an independent State Farm Agent—not by State Farm Insurance Companies.

Pay: $40,755.00 - $65,541.00 per year
