Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight Shift
Location: Selinsgrove, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, 3rd Shift (10:15 PM – 6:15 AM)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a residential healthcare team supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a state-operated facility setting. This position provides direct nursing care and plays a key role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
As an LPN, you will work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, direct care staff, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with established healthcare standards and treatment plans.
Job Type & Contract Duration

- Contract Length: 6 months (Long-term indefinite contract)

Pay & Shift Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $27.00 - $32.00 / hour (Based on experience)
- Shift: Night shift
- Hours: 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Respond to medical needs and emergencies as they arise
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and direct support staff to support resident care
- Assist with implementing individualized care plans and promoting resident well-being
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to geriatric or memory care.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred.
