Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within the Boys & Girls Club of the Bemidji Area’s 'Elementary' program area, which serves youth in grades 1st through 5th grade at our Bemidji Clubhouse. Plan, develop, oversee implementation, evaluate and supervise programs and assigned program staff and areas.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure programs, services and activities that prepare youth for success in the elementary area, promoting safety of members and quality in programs at all times. Provide positive guidance and role modeling to members.
- Train, manage and lead assigned volunteers and staff; provide ongoing feedback; quarterly & annual reviews; and identify and support development opportunities.
- Ensure quality improvement by monitoring, tracking and evaluating program achievement against target goals, strategic plan & grant deliverables, recommending modifications that respond to member needs and interests and participating in weekly programmatic leadership staff meetings.
Employee will be expected to work approximately 40 hours a week year round, core hours during school year are 2:00 to 7:30 p.m., with occasional nights and weekends for special events. Summer hours fall earlier in the day. Full Job Description available upon request.

Full-time position benefits currently include:
- Up to 33 paid days off per year (may be prorated during first year);
