- Comfortable around two friendly small dogs in the home
- Enjoys being outdoors and is happy to participate in walks, playground time, outdoor games, and other activities that keep her engaged and active
Responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled nursing care and medication administration
- Monitoring her health and ensuring her safety throughout the day
- Assisting with medical needs, including tube feedings and hydration, as directed in her care plan
- Accompanying her to her special needs school and supporting her participation in classroom activities and therapies
- Promoting independence in daily routines rather than doing tasks for her whenever possible
- Encouraging social interaction, participation, movement, and engagement throughout the school day
- Participating in fun indoor and outdoor activities that support her physical, social, and emotional development
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with family, school staff, and healthcare providers
