Responsibilities/Position Overview: Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, greeting guest, assisting with luggage and escorting guest to their room. Moving guest vehicles to and from our valet parking lot.
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:

Greet and welcome guest upon arrival.
- Maintain proper security over guest automobile keys.
- Make certain that the front of the hotel and parking lot is free from debris.

Observe all public roadway speed limits.

Maintain communication with front desk, bellmen and housekeeping.
Other:
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with the Pridwin rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the hotel’s facilities. Employees who violate hotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent education required.

One to two years in a public contact position.
