As a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Place - Savannah Airport, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience by assisting guests with check-in/check-out, answering questions, managing reservations, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out

Process payments and manage guest accounts

Book, modify, and cancel reservations

Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions

Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner

Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information

Answer phones and respond to emails as needed

Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

Follow hotel safety, security, and privacy procedures
Requirements:
Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Friendly and professional communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and phone skills

Attention to detail and reliability

Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
