Class A CDL Local Shuttle Driver – Night Shift
Average Annual Pay: $80,000
Location: Lafayette, IN (Must live within a 50-mile radius)
Home Time: Daily (Home every day)
Sign-On Bonuses: $3,500 total ($500 transition bonus + $3,000 sign-on bonus)

Pay & Bonuses
- Hourly Rate: $28.00/hour (3rd Shift / Overnight Rate)
- Overtime Rate: $42.00/hour (Paid on all hours worked over 40)
- Weekly Hours: Averages 50 hours per week (10 hours of guaranteed OT)
- Transition Bonus: $500 paid in full on your second paycheck
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 paid out progressively ($1,000 on 2nd paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 120 days)
Job Schedule & Routing
- Route: Local intra-city shuttle between two lots just 6 miles apart in Lafayette, IN
- Work Week: 6 days per week (Averages 50 hours)
- Shift: Overnight/Night shift, typically 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Days: Sunday night through Friday night (Saturday nights off; second day off rotates during the week)
- Type: Dedicated inventory shuttle (CAT engines, radiators, gensets)
Equipment & Freight
- Trucks: 2016–2023 Kenworth tractors (Governed at 65 mph)
- Trailers: Double drop trailers
- Freight Handling: Live load/unload; some Oversized Dimensions (OD)
- Parking: Secure, on-site parking provided
Job Requirements:
Hiring Area50-mi radius of Lafayette, IN
1 year experience with 6 months verified flatbed in the last 3 years
Must have 6 months securement experience including chains and binders
Wage Range: 1200.00 - 1600.00 per week
