The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoons and evenings on any day including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
- Respond to medical emergencies on the premises
- Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
- Monitor and review camera footage
- Assist with security office duties - answer phones, dispatch calls, sign in visitors, handle lost and found, and conduct bag checks
- Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor and Security Director
