Summary:
The In-Room Dining Cashier provides outstanding guest service with fast, friendly, and efficient service based on Company Standards. Efficiently collect payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Collect payment by cash, check, or credit card
- Issue receipts and process refunds or credits
- Calculate customer bills accurately
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and transactions
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
