Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, ensuring all goods match packing slips and purchase orders.
- Properly and promptly unload, organize, and store incoming shipments in designated areas to ensure all items are kept in their correct temperature zones.
- Supporting daily operations by consistently reporting to work on time and following the assigned schedule.
- Upholding food safety and company standards to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Collaborating with management and team members to meet operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
The Ideal Team Member
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking inventory and documentation.
- Excels in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Possesses basic math and English literacy skills (reading, writing, and interpreting instructions).
- Upholds a strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.
- Is flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Ability to work in different temperature environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
