Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers face-to-face and build positive relationships
- Learn and present telecommunications products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Generate sales and help achieve team goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist with account setup and customer follow-up
- Attend training sessions to develop sales and communication skills
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
