Key responsibilities & Requirements
- Perform mold setups, startups, and changeovers on injection molding equipment
- Troubleshoot machine, mold, material, and process issues to minimise downtime
- Adjust process parameters to optimise production and quality
- Support production while ensuring quality standards are met
- Document process changes and follow 5S and SMED practices
- 3+ years of injection molding experience required
- Strong hands-on mold setup and process troubleshooting skills required
