- Take ownership of client concerns and resolve issues quickly while delivering a positive, professional experience.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure deliveries are tracked and ready ahead of onsite projects and service work.
- Manage customer payments and support the financial coordination of projects and services with attention to detail.
- Keep client information up to date by maintaining accurate records and managing CRM data effectively.
