Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 2–3 person crew
- Run daily routes efficiently and on schedule
Perform and oversee:
- Mowing, trimming, edging
- Bed maintenance
- Property cleanups
- Train and hold crew members accountable
- Ensure quality meets company standards
- Communicate with management on progress/issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years landscaping experience (required)
- Experience running a crew or leading jobs
- Ability to operate zero-turn mowers & equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
