Position overview
We are hiring General Labor / Production Associates to support food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level, full-time role with opportunities to work in either packaging or dough handling functions. Team members play a critical role in ensuring products are prepared, inspected, packaged, and palletized accurately and safely for shipment. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet in a cool production setting.
Responsibilities
• Packaging, labeling, weighing, sealing, and palletizing finished products
• Verifying product weights, counts, labels, batch numbers, and packaging accuracy
• Operating or feeding production equipment and monitoring product flow
• Stacking boxes on pallets following specific patterns and quality standards
• Handling dough, including lifting, shaping, inspecting, and loading product into hoppers (for heavy-lift roles)
• Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality and food safety compliance
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all GMP and safety procedures
• Notifying supervisors of equipment issues, quality concerns, or weight discrepancies

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs for heavy-lift roles)
• Comfortable working in a cool, damp production environment (under 70°F)
• No food allergies to common ingredients such as eggs or nuts
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability are required
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain a professional attitude
