Compensation

What You'll Do
- Speak with motivated property owners daily
- Build rapport and understand seller situations
- Negotiate purchase agreements
- Follow up with prospects in our CRM
- Analyze property values and deal opportunities
- Work closely with dispositions and transaction teams
- Consistently hit sales and revenue goals
- Attend team trainings and coaching sessions
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred
- High-ticket sales, acquisitions, real estate, or phone sales experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Competitive mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
