We are seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman / Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about luxury residential architecture and enjoys producing highly detailed construction documents for some of Palm Beach’s finest homes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete architectural construction document sets from schematic design through permit and construction.
- Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, architectural details, custom millwork, cabinetry, and schedules.
- Interpret conceptual sketches and design intent into accurate construction drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, and specialty consultants.
- Revise drawings based on architectural redlines, field conditions, RFIs, consultant coordination, and client revisions.
- Assist with design development, architectural detailing, and presentation materials.
- Maintain organized project files and drawing sets throughout all phases of design and construction.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 4–5 years of advanced AutoCAD experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury custom residential architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare complete architectural construction document sets with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of South Florida residential construction methods, building systems, permitting processes, and applicable building codes.
- Ability to coordinate architectural drawings with consultants.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with SketchUp and other 3D modeling software.
- Rendering and presentation graphics experience.

Position Details & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.)
- In-office position located in Palm Beach, Florida, remote work is not available
