We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales / General Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and help scale our business. This is NOT an entry-level management position. We are strictly looking for a proven leader who has successfully managed sales teams within the roofing or restoration industry.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and hold a team of roofing sales representatives accountable to weekly and monthly revenue quotas.
- Build and maintain a strong company culture focused on integrity, accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and communication throughout the restoration process.
Requirements
- Experience in Roofing and Restoration (specifically Storm Damage/Insurance Claims).
- Proven success managing sales teams with a focus on business development management and sales leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Leadership experience managing teams and developing effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
