We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our firm in person and serve as the welcoming face and voice of our office.

Schedule and Hours
- Standard Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday).
- Tax Season Hours (February 1 – April 15): 50 to 55 hours per week which include Saturdays 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. Mandatory overtime is paid during this period.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly as they arrive for appointments and manage the reception area.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and schedule client consultations.
- Help clients organize and securely submit tax documents and financial paperwork.
- Maintain digital and physical client files with high confidentiality.
- Input and track client interactions using Redtail CRM.
- Provide general administrative support to our Financial Advisors and CPAs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or office administration preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Redtail CRM (or similar financial CRM platforms).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational habits and close attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during our busy tax season.
