Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team as a Mascot Performer. As a Mascot, you will have the exciting opportunity to entertain and engage with children and audiences at various events. Duties:
- Perform as mascot characters or guides at events, including sports games, parades, and community gatherings
- Perform various office duties when not performing
- Use non-verbal communication techniques to entertain and captivate the crowd
- Educate and promote awareness of our brand or organization through your performance
- Collaborate with event organizers and team members to ensure a successful performance
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an entertainment or educational setting
- Strong public speaking skills to engage with audiences of all ages
- Ability to dance or move comfortably in a mascot costume
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey emotions without speaking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and drive company vehicle
- Knowledge of theater techniques and performance art is a plus

Qualified candidates must have:
- Clean criminal background (no convictions)
- Strong organizational skills
- 2 years experiences in project management, customer support, theater or event planning
- Experience in any of these areas: theater, event planning/management, shipping and logistics
- High School diploma and post high school education, training or equivalent experience
- Ability to work as a team player in the office
- Good interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
